How it works

Our Urgent Response solution gives seniors the confidence to live independently while staying safe and supported. Here’s how it works:

Seniors can wear a mobile device around their neck or wrist, or clip it to their belt. Alternatively, they can place a home-based device in their residence.

If they need help, they simply press the button. If a fall is detected when wearing a mobile device, the device can automatically call for help, even if they’re unable to press the button.

Within seconds, they’re connected to a certified, U.S.-based Urgent Response agent. Based on the situation, agents can:

• Call and dispatch local emergency services
• Contact a trusted friend or family member
• Provide support over the phone
• Connect them with a Social Care agent
