Deborah Di Sanzo is president of Best Buy Health for Best Buy Co. Inc. She is responsible for the company’s health technology business.

Best Buy Health includes our Lively brand of connected health and personal emergency response services for the aging population, which Best Buy acquired in 2018, as well as Current Health, a leading care at home technology platform which Best Buy acquired in 2021.
Deborah is an innovative leader with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of health care and technology. Prior to Best Buy, Deborah was the General Manager of IBM Watson Health, and prior to IBM, she was the CEO of Philips Healthcare. She teaches “AI in Health” and “Managing Information in Health Care” at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Deborah holds a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College and an MBA from Babson College. She is a Harvard University Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow and serves on the board of AstraZeneca.
Diana Gelston is the chief commercial officer of Best Buy Health for Best Buy Co. Inc. In her role, she is responsible for building and strengthening the company’s commercial relationships that aim to enable care at home for everyone.
Diana leads a large, diverse team in creating and executing high-impact, go-to-market strategies that support the company’s mission to enrich and save lives through technology and meaningful connections. At Best Buy Health, she is focused on developing integrated technology services and offerings that support consumers wherever they are on their health journey and improve the care-at-home experience.
Previously, Diana has successfully launched and developed more than a dozen sales and marketing teams in tech, medical devices, digital health, and healthcare information systems at Amazon Business Healthcare, Fresenius Medical Care, Philips Healthcare, and other innovative start-ups.
Diana earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and a certificate in Leadership Development and Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School.
Chemu Lang’at is the chief operating officer of Best Buy Health for Best Buy Co. Inc., leading the Operations and Quality & Regulatory functions. In this role, she is responsible for the Caring Centers, expanding the reach of our supply chain and operational ecosystem, driving a culture of quality and ensuring compliance of our offerings and medical devices. She also leads the health equity work for Best Buy Health.
Prior to joining Best Buy, Chemu was the Regional Head for Africa under Medtronic Labs, developing and scaling community-based, technology-enabled solutions for chronic disease management across. Chemu previously worked as a Principal Biomedical Engineer for Medtronic, as well as a Systems Safety and Reliability Engineer at NASA’s Johnson Space Center.
Chemu received her bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Assistive Technology from Hampshire College, a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an executive MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She serves on Best Buy Foundation’s and Splash International’s boards and is a strategic advisor for TIP Global Health.
Louise Shah leads the Professional Services organization of Best Buy Health for Best Buy Co. Inc. In her role she is responsible for building and advancing the company’s implementation and consulting capabilities, to enable care at home for everyone.
At Best Buy Health, she is focused on supporting customers throughout their care at home journey. She leads a large, multi-functional team focused on rapidly implementing and launching innovative care at home solutions while providing clinical guidance and oversight that supports the unique requirements of our customers and their patients.
Louise brings over twenty years of experience in strategic operations, customer engagement and product & program management in innovative healthcare technology solutions and delivery of services. With an extensive background in managing through change in fast-paced, competitive environments, she has led diverse cross-functional teams across organizations such as Mass General Brigham, Healthedge, Outseer and Perot Systems Corporation.
Louise received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from University College Dublin, Ireland. Louise also brings an extensive background in education innovation, having served as a Board Trustee for the Knightsbridge School Education Foundation and as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors for the Marlborough Primary School – both in London, United Kingdom. She also served as the Co-Chair of the Board of Overseers for the Brookline High School Innovation Fund.
Josh Will is the chief revenue officer, healthy aging of Best Buy Health for Best Buy Co. Inc., leading alignment between all teams that affect revenue generation across our Lively brand and Commercial PERS businesses.
With more than 24 years of omni-channel retail, general manager, and “intrapreneurial” experiences, Josh has worked in and led some of the most complex product categories. He is recognized as a leader in the industry, driving Best Buy and its vendors to improve the ways in which we serve our customers and solve their needs.
Prior to his role, Josh led numerous business units, categories, and large-scale enterprise capabilities for Best Buy, including the company’s entrance into Home Theater, Mobile Phones, Smart Home, and more recently, Digital Health and Fitness.
Josh holds a business administration and leadership degree from the University of Mary. He serves as a board member for the Consumer Technology Association’s Wireless Division, and as an advisory board member for CyberSeniors.org.
In his role as Chief Product and Medical Officer at Best Buy Health, Dr. Ben Zaniello directs Best Buy Health’s technology roadmap, delivering innovation that is clinically effective, high quality, and safe for consumers.
Dr. Zaniello is an Infectious Disease specialist with a clinical focus on underserved patients. His undergraduate work was completed at Stanford, and medical school degree acquired at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He did his Internal Medicine residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center and Infectious Disease fellowship at the University of Washington where he also received his Masters in Public Health.
Prior to joining Best Buy Health, Dr. Zaniello was the Chief Medical Information Officer of Population Health at Providence where he ran vendor selection and advised their venture fund. More recently he served as Chief Medical Officer for PointClickCare, the nation’s largest senior care platform. He is a practicing physician affiliated with the University of Utah.
