Who is the Best Buy Health Broker Affiliate program for?

The program is designed for licensed Medicare Advantage brokers and agents who want to support clients without plan-covered emergency response services.

What is PERS?

A personal emergency response system (PERS) is a wearable device that connects individuals to 24/7 trained agents for emergencies, social services, care coordination, and more.

Who should I refer?

Clients who do not have PERS through their plan. Always confirm client coverage before referring.

What do I earn?

You will earn a $25 commission for each client who enrolls in a self-pay PERS plan through your referral link.

How do I refer clients?

Once registered, you’ll receive a personalized referral link. Share this directly with eligible clients—Best Buy Health manages everything else.

How to get your link:

  • Log in to the CJ Affiliate portal
  • Click on the Campaigns tab and choose Links & Products
  • Find Lively’s link titled “Broker 50% off” and click Get Code
  • Choose Click URL for a simple link
  • Copy and paste the tracking URL into emails, social posts, websites, etc.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are made after successful enrollment, with no minimum threshold. Details will be provided through your affiliate dashboard. Generally, payments are made around the 16th of each month for all transactions that occurred in the previous month.

What happens after I refer a client?

The client visits the website to purchase the device directly. Once the order is placed, we handle the shipping. After receiving the device, the client contacts Best Buy Health to enroll in their subscription plan. From there, we provide ongoing support. You are not responsible for servicing the device.

Can I use marketing materials or templates?

Yes. Once registered, you’ll receive outreach templates and support tools designed for broker use.

How long does registration take?

Registration will take roughly 10 minutes through Commission Junction. We have created a sign-up guide to walk you through registration.

Can I refer a client who is eligible for PERS as a supplemental benefit through an Anthem or Wellpoint plan?

They should be directed to our Member Enrollment Portal. Anthem and Wellpoint members who are eligible for PERS through their supplemental benefits do not qualify for affiliate referral payments.

What if my client has questions about pricing?

They can call our customer service support at 1-800-733-6632. Our team will walk them through options to ensure they feel confident and supported.
